Terms Of Service

All of my work adheres to any platform's terms of service so that you have no issues getting approval for usage. There will be a three to four week turnaround to complete your art, especially if it's animated. So please be patient with me.

I will not create overly graphic, racist, homophobic, NSFW and or

malicious content. I'm NOT currently creating Vtuber Avatars!

I will not work for "exposure" so please don't ask!!

I reserve the right as the Artist to decline concepts brought to me based on the above criteria.

I will not copy, trace or steal someone else's work. If there is a certain style you are leaning towards please let me know so I can view it for reference purposes only!

Identities and personal info involved will be kept confidential.

Each commission is custom and personalized, therefore any payment that has been received is NON-REFUNDABLE AT THIS TIME.

I, the Artist, may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory, harmful or otherwise negative.

Should You, the Client, cancel the design following its completion, I, the Artist, retain ownership of all copyrights, the original work created, up to and including any form of payment received.

Should you, the client, use the design for any purpose after said cancellation, I, as the Artist will use the proper channels to have it removed and or pursue legal action if needed.
